Join us at Elm & Hearth for the first evening of our Supper Series, an intimate dinner created in collaboration with Byndthevine and inspired by the lush, garden-forward world of Flamingo Estate, a product line used within Elm & Hearth.

As the sun begins to set over the property, we’ll gather around one long table for a seasonal, thoughtfully prepared meal celebrating what’s growing, what’s local, and what’s best enjoyed right now. Expect a beautiful table scape, fresh flavors, candlelight, good conversation, and the kind of evening that invites you to linger a little longer.

This isn’t a traditional dinner reservation. It’s a chance to slow down, meet someone new, share a meal, and experience Elm & Hearth in a completely different way.

Only 12 seats are available, keeping the evening intentionally small and intimate.

Fat washed olive oil martini with oregano crisps

Starter:

Heirloom tomato garlic focaccia with crispy shallots and rosemary

Warm marinated olives with fresh herbs and orange peel over burrata

Peach and arugula salad with persimmon vinaigrette and shaved parm

Main:

Ricotta gnocchi with a parmesan pea cream sauce, crispy prosciutto and toasted pine nuts

Side: brown butter garlicky green beans

Dessert:

Honey comb ice cream with a cherry compote and pistachio brittle

Join us at Elm & Hearth for the October gathering of our Supper Series, an intimate harvest dinner created in collaboration with BlackHawk Provisions.

As the sun sets and the trees begin to turn, we’ll gather around one table for a thoughtfully prepared, seasonal meal celebrating the warmth and abundance of a fall harvest. Expect an elevated harvest-inspired menu, candlelight, beautiful details, and an evening designed to unfold slowly.

With just 12 guests at the table, the night is intentionally intimate—an opportunity to step away from the everyday, share really good food, meet someone new, and enjoy the kind of conversation that happens when there’s nowhere else you need to be.
